Management Consulting

Management Consulting - offering insight, reviewing direction, strategy implementation

If you want advice or assistance with a management problem you are probably looking for:
  • Someone you can trust to do what is agreed
  • Discretion
  • Honesty
  • Good judgement
  • Fresh thinking - rather than rehashing what you already know
  • Subject matter expertise

At Hague we know we can offer points 1-5 above but we wonít always have the subject matter expertise you need.  If we donít have it we will say so and, if we can, we will suggest someone else.  Sometimes domain or industry knowledge is crucial so we will not take on work we are not qualified to do well.

Our key area of expertise is in helping clients execute their strategy Ė providing advice on obstacles to strategic goals and working on the practical side of implementing strategy.  There are areas where we have deep knowledge and can assist in developing strategic roadmaps (e.g. managing data) but we do not specialise in strategy development.
